Multi Transport Xpress (MTX) is a Pakistan-based international freight forwarding company. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit mtx.com.pk or submit forms on our website.

Information we collect

• Contact & quote forms: name, company, email, phone, shipment details, and message content you submit voluntarily.
• Collaboration & forwarder enquiry forms: company details, country, contact person, trade lanes, and membership information.
• Cookie consent: your preference stored in browser localStorage (mtx_cookie_consent).
• Server logs: your hosting provider may log IP address, browser type, and request time (standard web server behaviour on cPanel).

How we use your information

• To respond to quote requests, inquiries, and partnership applications.
• To provide freight forwarding and logistics services you request.
• To improve our website and communications.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Third-party services

• Email delivery: form submissions are sent via PHP mail() on our cPanel host to info@mtx.com.pk.
• News feeds: our News page uses a server-side proxy to rss2json.com for industry RSS headlines. No personal data is sent.
• Typography: Outfit font is self-hosted by Next.js at build time (no runtime Google Fonts request).

Data retention

Form submissions are retained in our email systems for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet business or legal requirements. Contact us to request deletion where applicable.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@mtx.com.pk. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
