Documents we coordinate every week

Shipping instructions & VGM
Commercial invoice / packing list alignment
Bills of lading drafts for LC review
Certificate of origin timing with sailing
WeBOC GD coordination with licensed brokers

Coordination is not the same as licensed customs brokerage — brokerage stays with licensed partners unless credentials are verified.

How a typical shipment moves

01
Brief & quote
Origin, destination, commodity, Incoterm, and target dates — one operations owner assigned.
02
Booking & cut-offs
Carrier allocation, SI/VGM windows, and inland haulage planned backward from terminal cut-off.
03
Gate-in & filing
Physical gate-in coordinated with documentation and customs filing so demurrage clocks stay quiet.
04
Sailing & milestones
Departure confirmation, transshipment notes when relevant, and document release per PO / LC rules.
05
Arrival support
DO / surrender timing, free-time awareness, and destination coordination when MTX is appointed.
